The resort is situated in between ricefields and it
is a common sight for the visitor to be seen assisting the local farmers. It was built under the idea of Eco-Tourism in order to preserve the nature and the environment for both tourists and the local people. |

|
So with this in mind, Fern Resort is set out with the mission of making the resort a place
for relaxing. Thus, there is no fancy decoration and facilities. There are
no televisions or radios in the rooms. All the communication and electric wires are embedded
underground so it doesn’t disturb your sight. Fern Resort covers more than 32,000 square meters. The resort takes up to |

square meters and the rest are the plantation areas. Around the resort, you can see
selectively planted trees, which are deliberately chosen to the food
source for birds and other animals. Thus you have a round year window to
view the rich fauna and flora of Northern Thailand. Once you are at the resort, you will feel the touch of nature. And in order to help the local people, they have trained and hired them to serve you under a friendly environment. Everything is there to allow you to be as close to nature as possible. - |
