I just wanted to thank you for such a nice and enjoyable holiday. It was
one on my best so far.
Takki was a wonderful guide, and so knowledgeable, and also funny and kind.
She went out of her way many times just for us. I was judging this tour
against my last tour of
On the
What Takki did, was looked into what we needed and had an answer almost right
away. I know bosses only ever get the bad news about a trip, but I think
you should also know of the good things. In my book Takki is tops. And
so is your tour.
My kids and I are getting together next week end to talk about it. They
just loved
You have very lovely home, and thank you for inviting us up there, and feeding
us. Our intention was to take the three of you out to eat.

Dear Didier,
We have all been so horrified by the terrible tragedy of the Asian tsunami.
I pray that none of your family and friends were affected by this calamity.
I know it will be a setback for Thai tourism but I trust you will be able to
continue on as usual.
I was so busy after the return from our last trip to Thailand and Cambodia (May,
2004) that I failed to send you a message telling you how much we enjoyed the
vacation and thanking you for the wonderful people who took us around the
countryside. Our guides were superb as usual. I had thought we would
be going back to Thailand again this year but my wife has other plans for us.
We are going to go to Alaska with family members.
Angkor Wat was all that you had said it would be and more. I was in awe of
everything from the time we arrived in Cambodia until we left. I wish we
could have spent more time there since there was so much to see and so many
things that I want to see again. Maybe next time, I can arrange for a much
longer stay. Angkor Village was very nice and very accommodating.
They took care of all of our needs. We were particularly pleased that they
offered Internet services. I took 47 rolls of pictures so we have a lot of
reminders of our wonderful time there.
There is a woman who works with me who wants for her husband and her to take a
trip to Thailand with us. I am tentatively looking at May, 2006 for that
trip. I will contact you when we get closer to the time. I think we
would want to use the Classic Thailand tour and modify it for that trip.
How is Mr. Aphasit doing? I know he was having some health problems and I
hope he is well. We are very fond of him as he took such good care of us.

Nous revoilà à la maison après quelques semaines passées dans des endroits
magnifiques.
Nous tenions à vous en remercier, car c' est aussi grâce à vous si notre
voyage c' est bien déroulé.
S' il n' était pas évident pour nous de retenir un circuit via internet, votre
professionnalisme nous a complètement rassuré.
A part le bruit de la clim au Tower Inn, et la balade dans les klongs de Damoen
un peu trop courte, le reste à été à la hauteur de nos attentes.
Il est également vrai, que la dextérité et le calme de notre chauffeur, ainsi
que l' extrême compétence et gentillesse de notre guide y ont été pour
beaucoup.
Dans l' attente d' un prochain voyage avec votre collaboration, veuillez

Here we are again back to work, back to winter... well, that's life.
I would like to tell you that our tour went on perfectely, the programme in
itself, logistics, car, driver ( a very nice person and very thoughtful
especially for me owing to my walking problem) and of course our guide,
a very sweet person.
Everybody had fun, so perhaps will 'meet' again some other time.

First
of all I think that our mail corresponding should be written in the Tourism
Hole Of Fame. Second, since I made a lot of traveling and other
arrangements via Internet I never had such a great experience and decent, polite,
convenience, fast, reliable and helpful service.
To
fulfill the demands of my parents and their partners for this tour was such a
challenge and tiresome work... :-).
Finally,
I think they can testify about the lovely tour they had. The driver and the
Guide were just great, very customer oriented, knowledgeable, tidy and
interesting. They never pushed for shopping and were trying to fill the
time with content.
I
must say that all what agreed upon had done for their satisfaction.

Dear Didier I just returned from Thailand this morning and had to get
straight on the e-mail to you to thank you for organising everything for us. But
mainly to say that George was the most incredible guide. He was so interesting
and intelligent and it was wonderful to spend time with somebody who has so much
love for their culture. There was never a dull moment and he made our trip a so

Dear Didier I am writing to let you know that we enjoyed our trip to Cambodia
tremendously. Everything went flawlessly during our stay in Siem Reap. The
hotel, Angkor Village, was wonderful, much nicer even than the website portrays.
We especially want to commend our guide, Mr. Sothiem, who was outstanding. He
was extremely knowledgeable about the history of Angkor, friendly and
accommodating to our schedule. We saw some other guides in action - and realized
how lucky we were to have someone of his caliber. His English was so good it was
hard to believe he had not grown up in the US or UK! At his suggestion, we added
on a small trip out onto Tonle Sap on the last day which proved to be quite
interesting. The driver also was very good - careful, new where he was going,
and always on time. We took your suggestion and visited the Artisans of Angkor.
They have a good brief tour. We ended up buying several beautiful items. I would
also mention that Bangkok Airways was a pleasant surprise - super service, on
time, and we got a meal on a one hour flight. In the US you don't get any of
those usually, even on a 6 hour cross-continental trip. (I would say - that we
were glad to have gotten our visas ahead of time - as the line for visas at the
airport was considerable. I think it would be a good idea for anyone going there
for a short trip to have picked up visas ahead of time. The Cambodian embassy in
Washington where I got our visa is about the easiest embassy I ever dealt with.
They have a super website that gives all the application info and forms.) Thanks
again for organizing our visit, which was the highlight of our 3 weeks in
Thailand and Cambodia. We will be sure to tell our friends about our great

Didier, Simona and I are home safe. We had an extraordinary time in Thailand. I wanted to just take a moment to thank you and tell you how wonderful Kay and all of our arrangements were. Kay really was exceptional. She seemed to have encyclopedic knowledge of the culture, agriculture, and history of Thailand. More importantly she took care of everything for us from checking us into hotels to taking us to out of the way (of the high season tourist masses!) sites and dining spots. The trip was extremely well organised and our tour guide was very friendly and

Four of us from Sweet Home, OR. toured Thailand, with a guide, driver, and minibus, the first three weeks in Nov.2000. I had contacted Didier of his company in the early spring. Over the ensuing months Didier, with great patience, worked with me to fine tune an experience that not only showed the cultural and historical diversity of the country, but also reflected on our individual interests. For example, as a former teacher I am interested in public education. Our guide, a Miss Punjam (Kay) arranged a visit to a local primary school. We traveled over l300 kilometers by auto with an overnight pullman train ride back to Bangkok from Chiang Mai. As a treat and as a way to relax before going home, we spent the last four days on the coast at Hua Him. In short, the D.J.Paradise Tour Agency, and Didier in particular, more than lived up to our expectations. The hotels met our needs, and you have quality choices here, and the ability to take our meals at Thai restaurants of our choices, was a real treat. The driver was skilled. The guide, whose patience and concern for our well-being, and knowledge of her country, made the journey memorable. On a scale of l to l0. I'd give it a 12. Doyle Johnson
Je reste encore, aujourd'hui, ้bloui par ce s้jour. Ce tour de la Tha๏lande m'a permis de d้couvrir les diff้rents visages et paysages de ce pays plein d'humanit้. Cette travers้e du sud au nord est aussi un voyage dans le temps; on d้couvre l'histoire, la religion de tout un peuple, naturellement en passant des palais d'or contemporains de Bangkok aux temples antiques des capitales oubli้es telles Ayutaya ou Chiang Mai. Ce qu'il y a de formidable dans ce voyage ,c'est l'ambiance familiale du voyage. Le guide et le conducteur mettent tr่s rapidement l'ambiance et le rythme dans le s้jour. Je remercie encore D.J.Paradise Tour de m'avoir permis de d้couvrir ce pays si enchanteur.!!!
Nous sommes vraiment ravis de notre excursion เ Angkor. Le site est merveilleux, ็a on le savait (le Bantea Shrei est une pure merveille et vaut absolument le d้tour et les 10 dollars suppl้mentaires). Le petit plus, c'est la voiture avec chauffeur, aussi bien pour l'a้roport que pour le site, et une guide pour nous tous seuls... L'Angkor Village est un h๔tel charmant : le personnel y est attentionn้, le cadre reposant, les chambres tr่s mignonnes et les repas tout simplement d้licieux. Et encore un grand merci เ Didier Rotse pour les renseignements qu'il nous a fournis avant notre d้part et qui nous ont ้vit้ quelques d้boires.

Great Tour! Everything was arranged and went off without a hitch. Having the transport from the airport, the hotel, meals, the guide and driver arranged ahead of time permitted my wife and me to enjoy our time at Angkor. Angkor Village hotel gets 2 thumbs up, great service and unique local character.

We still show pictures of our trip to Angkor to everyone who comes by! An absolutely fantastic trip. Not only is Angkor Wat spectacular but the smaller temples nearby are just as intriguing. The Angkor Village is great, it's cozy and comfortable, the food is excellent, and the service is perfect. We look forward to returning.
